An alumnus of Paper Moon, Cone Five and Mr. Pine, Leslie Oldham's sweet, natural and distinctive voice has endeared her to a growing number of fans and critics. Hardly a review has gone by without lavish praise for what Leslie contributes to her various projects; commenting on the Cone Five album "Ants in the Sugar", Jeff Monk of the Winnipeg Free Press has stated that "Leslie Oldham's performances on [the songs] Personal Spacecraft and Sugar in the Ants literally scream for her to record a solo album".
The staff of Grumpy Cloud Records agree, and are pleased as punch to provide a venue for Leslie to create that solo album. Pre-production has begun for an early-to-mid 2010 release - so please stay tuned for the debut album of arguably the nicest person in rock and roll.
